Wastewater treatment and recycling system:
BioClassic-System (2015) consisting of 3 lamella separators SKL 170 for the treatment of 60,000L wastewater/hour of:
- 2 tunnel washes with a capacity of up to 2000 cars per day
- 6 laundry boxes
- 1 company car rollover

Particularities:
In addition to water recycling, rainwater is also used for use in the car wash.

In the summer of 2021, the BioClassic System was expanded with a so-called sludge separation system in which the sludge is separated immediately and stored separately for disposal.
This system is new and ideal for tunnel washes with an extremely high water consumption.

It is not without reason that this is the most green car wash in Belgium.
